The Popular Show Season Four Reveals the Warriors Table

From the very beginning of Campaign 4, fresh DM Brennan Lee Mulligan has kept fans guessing with extensive world-building, a wide array of heroes, and a exciting storyline including angels, demons, and dark forces growing in influence within the city.

Note: Revealing details for the latest installment of this adventure follow below.

The Combat-Oriented Party Introduced

The latest chapter finished on a huge suspense moment and revealed the premier party of heroes who will split off from the central cast to undertake their own adventure, apart from the other two tables.

The combat-focused team includes Teor (brought to life by the voice actor), Thimble (Laura Bailey), Tyranny (Whitney), Wicander Halovar (the player), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie Daymond).

The Reason for Division

Considering 13 cast members, it was clear from the outset that maintaining everyone at one table would be unworkable.

This explains, the first four episodes of Campaign 4 serve as an Introduction, weaving together the individual narratives before splitting into three smaller tables: Fighters, Planners, and Explorers.

The Nature of the Warrior Group

According to the DM, the Soldiers table is for players who are drawn to a traditionally charged fight-heavy story mode where peaceful solutions are rare.

At first glance, figures such as the squeamish cleric the cleric might seem mismatched, but the events of episode 3 make it clear why these particular heroes are perfectly fit for the warrior group.

Motivations for Departure

To begin with, the group has a clear idea where to head next after a violent first encounter with The Crow Keepers.

An old friend of Thjazi—whose demise started the narrative’s action—exploited The Crow Keepers for his own means, invading the hidden lair, striking the character, and taking all the powerful objects to dispose of.

The antagonist then paid off his liabilities and ran away to a fortified location in the remote area, north of Dol-Makjar, with Teor’s brother pursuing him.

Individual Reasons

Moreover, each adventurer has a personal reason to exit the urban setting:

  • The agile hero, as the companion and closest confidant, wants retribution.
  • Kattigan knows Timmony and advises that it is a dangerous location.
  • Tyranny and The healer, having defied his family’s wishes to kill the fighter and instead saved him, have no safe haven.
  • But, their position as prominent individuals in House Halovar could assist the group access areas they typically wouldn’t be able to.
  • Furthermore, The grateful character swore a eternal obligation to The savior for his salvation and will now accompany him wherever.

Wanted and Hunted

Finally, all of them are hunted by the powers that govern the city for a variety of reasons, making lingering locally too risky:

  • The rogue and Kattigan are known criminals.
  • The warrior and The cleric defied the powerful family and the horde of evil beings they are allied with.
  • The fighter is targeted for elimination by the family.

This means them no alternative but to journey toward Timmony in pursuit of the traitor.

Future Episodes

According to episode three’s follow-up content, we learn that the combat party will not appear the following episode, leaving the remaining eight cast members to form the Seekers and Planners groups.

Viewers can look forward to finding out which characters will be where in Campaign 4’s concluding setup installment, released on next week.
